What exactly am I buying?
A managed directory submission campaign for one product: a reusable product brief, relevant target selection, manual submission work and a private progress report. The package sets the number of submissions, not guaranteed published listings.
Is this only for AI tools?
No. SubmitCrew is designed for SaaS products, AI tools and startups. The right targets depend on your product category and the requirements of each directory. Contact us first if you are unsure about the fit.
What happens after I choose a package?
First, save your contact details and review the package. When booking is open, continue to Stripe Checkout. After confirmed payment, you receive a private intake link to prepare and approve your product brief.
How long does a campaign take?
Work starts within 2 business days of confirmed payment and approval of a complete brief. From that point, Starter takes 7–10 business days, Growth 10–14, and Everywhere and Premium 14–21, including the start period. Missing customer information pauses affected work. Directory moderation is separate and may take longer. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.
Do you guarantee listings, traffic or rankings?
No. Each directory decides whether to accept and publish a product. We track the submission outcome, including rejections or blockers. We cannot guarantee traffic, search rankings, backlinks or acceptance.
Will I need to share my passwords?
Do not send passwords in the brief or contact form. If a directory needs an email confirmation or an account action from you, the team will identify the specific step. Your product information is reviewed before use.
Are paid directory fees included?
The campaign fee and included features are shown on the package. Extra directory charges require a separate agreement. SubmitCrew does not automatically charge your card for third-party directory fees.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. Before any submissions are sent, the campaign fee is fully refundable. After submissions begin, the unsubmitted portion is refundable proportionally. A directory rejection alone does not make correctly performed submission work refundable. What makes Premium different?
Premium uses a separate list of 100 directories that are not part of our other packages. We select them for editorial review, established audiences and submission quality. Acceptance is still decided by each directory and is not guaranteed.
Can I combine Premium with another package?
Yes. Premium and Everywhere use different lists, so together they cover 200 directories with no duplicates. Each package is a separate order.
Are there extra fees with Premium?
No. Directories on the Premium list do not require a mandatory listing fee. If a directory introduces a fee during your campaign, we replace it with another Premium directory or refund that submission.
How do I see the work?
Your private report shows individual submission statuses and live listing links when available. You can export the report as CSV. No separate customer account is needed; keep your private access links safe.
