What we collect

When you contact SubmitCrew, we store your name, email, website and message to handle your request. A purchased campaign also includes your product brief, uploaded assets, submission history and payment reference. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

How it is used

We use this information to respond, prepare and deliver your campaign, provide progress reports and resolve payment or support issues. Relevant product information is shared with directories as part of the submissions you order. Each directory controls its own review and privacy practices.

Service providers

We use hosting and storage for the application, Stripe for payments and Resend for outgoing service emails when connected. If optional AI assistance is enabled, website content and product information may be processed by the configured AI provider to draft descriptions for review. Please do not include confidential material in public product descriptions.

Private links and access

Client pages use private access links. Anyone with the link may access that page, so do not share it publicly. Staff access is restricted by role. We use essential session cookies for forms, security and staff sign-in.

Your requests

Use our contact form to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify ownership. Records needed for accounting or resolving payment issues may have to be retained; deleting information here does not remove listings already published by independent directories.
