Terms of Service

1. The service

We provide a human-assisted directory submission service for one product per campaign: product brief preparation, target selection, manual submission work, and a private progress report with a CSV export. This is a digitally delivered service; no physical goods are shipped. The price, currency, submission count and delivery window are shown before payment.

Standard packages include Starter (30 submissions), Growth (60) and Everywhere (100). Premium costs $399 USD for 100 submissions from a separate reserved directory list, with no mandatory third-party listing fees. Premium does not require a customer-selected list or preliminary scope agreement. Standard package prices are published on our pricing page. Your paid order retains its original purchased scope.

2. Requests and payment

Submitting a request is free and does not reserve a start date. Purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe, not subscriptions. We start a paid campaign only after payment is confirmed and you approve a complete product brief. Card information is handled by Stripe; SubmitCrew does not store card numbers. No third-party directory charges are automatically added or charged to your card. Any optional paid placement requires your separate agreement.

3. Delivery and your responsibilities

Work starts within 2 business days after payment and approval of a complete brief; From that point, Starter takes 7–10 business days, Growth 10–14, and Everywhere and Premium 14–21. These windows include the start period. Business days mean Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The service is delivered through your private campaign report.

Provide accurate product information, assets you are entitled to use, and any required confirmations. If information or an action is missing, the affected work pauses and we explain what is needed. If we cannot meet the stated window or find enough suitable directories, we contact you to agree a revised scope or schedule; you may cancel the unsubmitted portion under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Directory moderation and publication are separate and may continue after our submission work ends.

4. Premium list and independent directory decisions

“Premium list” means a separate set of directories selected by SubmitCrew and reserved for the Premium package. We may replace a directory on the list with a comparable one if it closes, starts charging a fee or stops accepting submissions. These directories are excluded from Starter, Growth and Everywhere. If no suitable Premium replacement is available, we refund the unsubmitted portion. Replacement does not increase the purchased count or impose a listing fee on you.

We sell submission work. We do not guarantee acceptance, publication, backlinks, dofollow links, search rankings, indexing, traffic, leads or revenue. Directories can reject, delay, edit or remove listings under their own rules. Your report distinguishes submitted work, published listings and blockers. A blocked, skipped or otherwise unsubmitted task is not an actual submission for refund calculations.

5. Cancellation and refunds

A full refund is available before the brief is approved and work begins. After work begins, the unsubmitted part is refundable proportionally, as explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. A directory rejection alone does not entitle you to a refund of correctly performed submission work. This does not limit remedies for our failure to provide the purchased service or any mandatory consumer rights.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You retain ownership of your product materials and grant us permission to use and share them only as needed to deliver your campaign. Do not provide unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or misleading material, passwords or API keys. We may decline prohibited work; any unperformed paid portion remains subject to the refund policy. Keep your private intake and report links confidential.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, search-engine changes or independent directory decisions. Our aggregate liability relating to a campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign. These limits do not exclude fraud, intentional misconduct, or liability and consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your right to an eligible refund is preserved.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without overriding mandatory protections that apply where you live. Subject to those protections, disputes may be brought before courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming. Contact support@submitcrew.com first so we can try to resolve an issue. Updates apply to future purchases; material changes to an existing paid campaign require your agreement.
